Terms of Use
Effective date: August 28, 2026. Draft. Not a substitute for legal review before CWS publication.
SentCue (“Email Tracking”) is a Chrome extension for Gmail on the web. It may add a tracking image to messages you choose to track and show you activity signals. A signal is not proof of reading or SMTP delivery.
Account-free
v1 does not require a SentCue account. You are responsible for how you use Gmail and for laws that apply to your messages.
Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use SentCue to:
- stalk, harass, or covertly surveil a person;
- monitor children;
- covertly monitor employees or other people without a lawful basis and any required notice;
- track medical or similarly sensitive communications as a surveillance tool;
- run bulk unsolicited outreach whose purpose is hidden tracking;
- attempt to access another user’s install, tokens, or our systems without authorization.
We may disable the kill switch or refuse support if we reasonably believe these rules are broken.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. Signals can be missing, delayed, duplicated, or produced by scanners, proxies, or the sender.
