How it works

Send. See the cue. Follow up.

  1. Proposal — Acme Inc.

    Just sent

  2. Same thread

For mail that actually matters

Sent a proposal?

See when the message shows an activity cue, then time the next note — without a CRM.

Waiting on a client?

Set a reminder only if there has not been an activity cue yet.

Built for freelancers, consultants, and one-thread follow-ups — not campaigns.

Privacy by design

Your email stays in Gmail

Subject, recipients, message content, and attachments never reach SentCue. Tracking uses a random ID and timestamps — same pixel idea as other trackers; an activity cue is not proof the recipient read the mail.

Only a random ID and cue timestamps leave this device

Why SentCue

Activity cues in Sent — without a suite

You get circles in Gmail Sent, local history, and reminders on this browser. No SentCue account, no Gmail OAuth, no promotional footer. Suites (campaigns, mail merge, mobile apps, cloud dashboards) are a different job — compare when you need them.

Questions

Common questions

Is an activity cue proof someone read the email?

No. A blue circle means the tracking image was requested after Send. Image proxies and scanners can create a cue. Opening that message in Sent on this computer does not. A phone or another computer still can. Blocked images create silence. Detail: how tracking works.

Will the recipient know?

There is no “tracked by” footer. Recipients do not install anything. Their client may still load a remote image, show an images warning, or expose the image URL in the HTML. We do not claim they cannot notice.

What data leaves the browser?

See the diagram above: random ID and timestamps only — not subject, body, or recipients. Jump to privacy.

Does it work on mobile Gmail?

No. Use Gmail on a computer browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, or Vivaldi). The Gmail apps on iPhone and Android are not supported.

Does Scheduled Send work?

Scheduled Send is not tracked. The email still goes out at the chosen time.
