Mailsuite vs SentCue

What is Mailsuite? Mailsuite is the company behind Mailtrack — the Gmail email tracker suite at mailsuite.com / mailtrack.io. Searches for “Mailsuite,” “mail suite,” “mailsuit,” “Mailsuite chrome extension,” or “Mailsuite email tracker” usually land on that product family. SentCue Email Tracking is a smaller Chrome extension for one-thread follow-ups. This page is the factual side-by-side — not a clone of their homepage.

Facts below were checked on mailsuite.com, mailtrack.io, and their Google Workspace listing on 21 October 2026 (Mailtrack details also cross-checked with our 13 September 2026 notes). Plans and wording change. We do not copy their prices. For Mailtrack-named searches, see also SentCue vs Mailtrack.

Is Mailsuite safe?

Mailsuite is a known vendor with a public product site and a Google Workspace Marketplace listing for Mailtrack. That is not the same as “safe for every workplace.” Safety here means: do you accept an account, Gmail access scopes, and cloud storage of open/click history? Their homepage also markets campaigns to large recipient lists and document sharing features — a wider surface than a 1×1 pixel cue.

SentCue’s trade-off is different: no SentCue account, no Gmail OAuth in this version, history on this device. The cost is no multi-device restore and no suite features. Neither product can make a pixel into proof that a person finished reading. A blue circle in SentCue is an activity signal only.

Mailsuite pricing (what we will not invent)

People search “Mailsuite pricing” for plan tiers. We do not reprint dollar amounts — they change. Their public marketing lists capabilities such as unlimited email tracking, individual tracking in group emails, full history, real-time open and click notifications, and follow-up reminders. Check current Mailsuite / Mailtrack pricing on their site before you buy. SentCue keeps history local (500 rows / 90 days) with no promotional footer — see pricing for the current plan.

Mailsuite chrome extension vs SentCue

Both ship as Chrome / Gmail-oriented extensions. Mailsuite’s Mailtrack extension is the front door to a cloud suite. SentCue’s extension is the product: pin it, turn tracking on, read circles in Sent. If you only need a Gmail tracker without campaigns, SentCue is the narrower install. If you need mail merge, link metrics, and the same dashboard on a phone, stay with Mailsuite.
